Product Rating Product Review I absolutely love these picks for strumming. They are a bit on the thin side for fast lead picking in my opinion, but they are amazing for rythym and light lead fills. Excellent for sing and strum solo stuff!!

Product Review I have been using Herco Flex 50s for 52 years. I hold the pick sideways and use the grated part to scrape the strings for a unique sound. Back in the day when Herco owned the company, if you broke a pick and sent it in they would send you three picks to replace the defective one. Needless to say I have never broken a Flex 50!

Product Review I like the flexibility and durability of these. Excellent grip. The golds seem a little more flexible to me than the EVH herco silver version, but not by too much. I'm enjoying these gold flex 50s a lot and they seem like a cross between mediums and thins, leaning slightly more toward medium.

Product Review They are thin. Mine had an extra lip around the circle that was access from manufacturing that had to come off. Felt like crap but after that they are good. May have just been mine. Would have gotten all stars if not for that.

Product Review I use two different gauges of picks, one for acoustic (.60 mm) and a heavier gauge for electric (0.70 or more). These will do well for my electric guitar set up. I use a rough surface for the finger area for better grip, these will do well.

Product Review I've used Herco Golds for 30 years and find that they are a great way to get that little extra bite in you pic attack.

Product Review The American Musical Supply Co should have this info (1.1mm thick) in the product page. It is too thick for me. That is why I rated this low. Come on, man!

Product Review I was sent the Medium "flex 50"size first. Too thin for what I do,(single string runs). But, I'm sure these would be great for chord work.
