Very compact design, mechanically sound - opens and closes quite easily. Nice selection of tools, both US and Metric so I can do Gibsons, Fenders and Epiphones with ease.

I recently purchased this Gibson multi tool because I have always lost or misplaced the original style truss rod tool that used to come with Gibsons. This tool is not amazing you could definitely find a better kit for your set-ups however, being that it is as small as it is it’s easy to always keep on hand. Toss one in your guitar case, it’s nice to have with you.

Seems well made. I haven't needed to put it to use, but I'm keeping in the accessories compartment of my Gibson Tribal V. I have plenty of tools at home, but this makes for a nice insurance policy I can easily keep with me at all times.

Well built and looks good and is very useful except for the hex keys still need your individual curved hex wrenches but it still is handy in your case and I would buy it again.

I got the Gibson Multi Tool to keep in my case so it’s there if I need to make any adjustments to my Les Paul. It’s loaded w/ any tool you might need. It’s like the Swiss Army knife of guitar care! I bought the guitar 2nd hand and the previous owner kept all the case candy. Thanks to AMS I have everything that I need to take care of my guitar!

This tool does not open and close nearly as easily as a Swiss Army Knife does. You have to fight with it. When closed it's rock solid. When open, it's rather chaotic and frustrating. The body sometimes gets in the way when using the hex wrenches. But the tools themselves do work fine and I must say I've gotten a lot of use out of it. If you want such a tool with a Gibson logo on it, I'd say it's worth the price overall.
