Product Rating Product Review The Tx6000 is a great light weight sounding amp. Once EQ the amp sounds great. Easy to carry to rehearsals and gigs. I would recommend the Tx 6000.

Product Review When I got this amp I was surprised at the size of both the head and the cabinet as they were both smaller than I had expected.. I was pleasantly surprised when I plugged it in and turned it on...the rumble and warmth I was looking for were on full display from the first note I played....I added the hydride 1 by 15 cab to complete the stack...so I would recommend sitting this on a platform of some kind to bring it up to a decent height but you'll not lack for power or tone....would buy it again all day

Many Tonal Possibilities and Great Sounding

Product Review There are plenty of tonal possibilities on this amp and in combination with your tone controls you should find many sounds you like. I like the compressor at the 12:00 setting. this setting works like a soft knee compressor where only the low note are lightly compressed and keeps the higher notes left alone giving a nice balance between all strings. This amp has plenty of power when needed so I don't see this being any issue. The option for passive and active pickups is a really nice feature for players with both. A smart option. I found it a little hard to distort the amp though it is possible. I prefer a clean sound and just dirty it up with other gear.
