Very compact and not heavy. If you need something to travel with and you need something that can fill the room/stage/etc, give you sound in your space and provide some tone options as well this combo amp is amazing and it has and out so you can plug into a system. Very easy to travel with, big clean sound, and also has a tilt feature which is always nice to have.

Great combo amp. Power yo spare and great sound. Only 1 drawback. No line out for running a second cabinet. Light weight at 45 lbs. I really like this amp. I’m a senior player and weight of my gear is foremost.

I’ve been playing on the Hartke for a couple months now and it hasn’t disappointed me. If you’re gonna mic this or run a direct out it’s really all you’d need for most gigs. I’ve had no issues hearing myself or being heard. The 15’ gives a solid low end that a lot of smaller speakers just don’t do. The tilt back helps a lot too. I’ve found this to be a great work horse for steady giggin and it’s not very heavy either. Well worth the price.

I bought this with an Ibanez SR405EQM bass and some other equipment. Amp has great sound,plenty of punch,and I really like the kickback feature. Ordered one day and arrived on second day
Cant beat that for service.

I bought this amp to practice between touring. I worked for Hartke back in the 90's, so when I needed an amp I looked into these. The hybrid cone is punchy, and this small combo packs a lot of volume. It's perfect for the rehearsal studio, or even a small venue.

When it arrived I opened the box and and pulled it out and saw a dent in the cabinet and grill. I called AMS and emailed pictures of the damage. They offered me the options of returning it for a refund, return it for a replacement, or keep it and they would refund some money! I plugged it in and everything worked great so I went with option 3! After playing through this amp for a couple of months now, I LOVE IT!!! THANKS AMS!!!

I have two of these Hartke kb15 amps. They are very good amps. I use one to play gigs with and I use the other one to leave at church and play it there it stays at church. These are all around great amps for whatever your need is. At 36 pounds of weight you can’t go wrong and they will get as loud as you need them to get. Great job Hartke and thanks to AMS for selling a great product.

I like the way you can lay it backwards and have the sound right up at you. It is lighter weight than most bass amps. It is compact when it comes to having to use it in smaller areas. Has good lows and good highs and is and all around awesome amp. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a good amp

I tried many Hartke combo amps and finally settled on the KB 15 due to the 500 watts and the 15 inch speaker.
For me a 15 gives me the best tone and it moves the room. Kickback is an added bonus, might give it a try someday.
This will work great for my practice and live sessions. It also works great with 5 string basses as well, no loss of integrity.

I needed a smaller amp for smaller rooms and that I could take on trains and in cabs. I was worried I wouldn't find one that could handle my 5 string. This amp is incredible! Sounds clear and punchy with tons of low end. Very happy!
