From opening the box, I could immediately see the build quality on this guitar. After further examination, it was extremely evident that this is a special guitar. This is my 3rd Jackson to the collection, and clearly the best. I’ve got an older, ‘94 actually JDR and a King V Pro. This guitar… This guitar plays like home feels. I let it warm up, it’s cold in NE, tuned it, and put it direct into a Mesa Mark V:25 head and Lone Star 1X12. Aggressive, just as advertised. Cutting and articulate with a good bit of sustain! The neck is fast and the strings are tight, but executes bends easily! The pick ups… I’m a Duncan guy anyway. Buy this guitar, without hesitation. I waited for almost 5 months. I’d wait 5 more.

I got this in the mail and unpacked it.upon opening it the first thing I noticed was how good it looked.then I plugged it in and I immediately fell in love.. such a brutal sound coming from the signature Duncan black outs,just face melting.then the bridge is amazing it locks like a Floyd rose but is held down by 3 screws giving it the feel of a fixed bridge complete with locking nuts and fine tuners like the floating Floyd system.the neck is nice and super fast, with nice wide frets and a great great cutaway that makes it possible for my big hands to play the highest frets without squishing my fingers together, I can use those frets comfortably. Don't usually go near signature series guitars but in this one case this was the best choice ive made on a guitar purchase! I highly recommend this guitar and I completely recommend American Musical Supply. They are amazing...thanks so much AMS

The pick ups sound so good and crunchy that nice metal tone. This guitar has a really great feel especially for soloing. Its has a nice finish especially with the ebony fretboard. Only down side of this guitar I wish it came with 12s instead of 10s for drop A and drop B tuning.

For 899.00 this is the best guitar I’ve ever owned and I’ve got 50 of them, the active pickups (Seymour Duncan’s specifically for Mick ) are incredible! You need to get one of these and understand what I’m say ????ing

This guitar is highly addictive. It feels right, plays fast, sounds phenomenal. The feel of a Floyd Rose, without the traditional means, is a mind trick, but holds up so nice. Definitely recommend this guitar.

Jackson has gone above and beyond with this guitar. Sustain is for days on this axe. The bridge was one of the coolest designs I have ever seen. A floyd rose bridge that isn't a floyd. It's bolted down to the body. More wood = more tone! The neck is rounder on top so you can really grab hold and chug riffs and flattens out towards the bottom so you can really shred. The graphite reinforcement just adds to the stability of it. The Mick Thomson SD Blackout pickups are punchy, throaty, and the neck pickup delivers warmth that I can not be happier with. I am absolutely shocked with this guitar. I wish we had guitars like these in the price range when I was growing up. First of MANY Jackson guitars that I am going to be purchasing through American Musical Supply! Great customer service, amazing deals, and payment plans that CAN NOT be matched with any other site.

I originally ordered this guitar from a different company and had to send it back three times because of quality issues. Finally I got a refund and I ordered it from American Musical Supply, and they got it right, I finally got a guitar that is non defective. Very fast shipping! Great customer service and overall Very happy with my purchase! Would definitely recommend American Musical Supply!

From the slick neck to the Seymour Duncan’s this guitar is one of the best over ever played. The Floyd rose locking system makes the guitar stay in tune and has a great time. I highly recommend this guitar.

Great looking guitar. Unbelievable action! The nicest, and fastest guitar I have ever owned
