Straight out of the box this guitar is incredible! With a 10 out of 10 on build and quality,this guitar feels thin and sleek in your hand. It says in perfectly in tune when properly set up. Great job Jackson!

First off I'd like to say that I absolutely love Jackson and AMS, but this guitar is not worth the money. It's made in China, and the quality frets and binding were horrible. Right out of the box it had sharp frets, and the volume knob, output jack needed tightened. The frets also needed leveled and polished.. The mirror finish looks great, until you actually start looking at it. Mine had 9 imperfections between the mirror and binding. The neck is also fatter than the indo x series. Pickups are only good for classic rock,cleans are nice, but won't do high gain at all. Floyd stays in tune and the tuners definitely need an upgrade, feels like mismatched tuners.
After hours of fretwork, seting up, and now new pickups and tuners ordered. I feel that I'm to invested to return it. 1k for a mirror finish is what your really buying. I wish I wouldn't have purchased this guitar.

Great guitar for the price, neck through design is solid and feels great. Smooth fast neck. The Jackson pickups sound great and I’m torn between keeping them or swapping out for Dimarzios. Just an overall great guitar.
