Product Review I've been playing for 37yrs now and have always owned solid state amps. Started playing valve amps about 7yrs ago. I've jammed through several in the past. I own 4 now and the JVM 410H has got to be the best sounding amp ever to me. Has all of the gain anybody could ever want or need in an amp. I play alot of old hard rock & metal. This amp delivers with more to spare. Some amps state they have a reverb channel and you either can't hear it or it just doesn't sound good at all. This amp has great sounding reverb. You can find and create your own sound with this amp. I put this amp on top of my Marshall 1960's "B" cab and made a perfect matching pair in my opinion. This amp does it all from cleanest clean.....to the dirtiest distortion. Grab yourself one.....you won't be sorry! ! !

The BEST amp I have ever played

It's a high end Marshall, what do you think? I think this is the best head I've ever owned. I've had mine for 4 years now and no real issues other than a blown fuse. This happened within the first couple months of owning it so it was covered under warranty but since then this monster has been good to me. Your general opinion of this product. 4 channels, Marshall tone... This thing is a beast. I constantly get comments about my tone after I play shows with it. Controls are easy. I was testing this and a Mesa Dual Rectifier and spent about an hour with each. In that hour I couldn't dial in a tone I liked. Took less than 10 minutes with this baby. This thing has monster Marshall tone that's very versatile. I use a Gibson SG Standard and Gibson Thunderhorse Explorer with stock pickups. You can literally get any tone you want. My only complaint is the excess noise. I don't know about the newer models but mine squeals and hisses like no one's business without a noise gate on the orange and red modes. Tolex was perfect, no rips or tears. No scratches either. Just pure Marshall beauty N/A

This head has been my gig head for a while now. No problems. Weighs a lot bu can ride in the back with the rest of my equipment no problem. So far no issues. Lived up to everything it said it would Your general opinion of this product. The best Marshall head I've owned. I've had a JCM 800 and currently own a 2555 Jubilee, and some Fenders, Music Mans, and even a Vox, but this is by far my favorite amp head Playability works great! I have several different tones to choose from during a gig, so the versatility works great and quick to change It's a Marshall! Of course the dirty channels are phenominal, but what impresses me the most is the clean I can get out of this. My strat gets amazing clean tones for songs that I need clarity on Paint and case looks like a Marshall Perfect! Did everything I expected and more. Channel switching is very simple and fast

I've had it well over a year and still going strong. Haven't even had the smallest of glitches. Hasn't let me down in over a year's worth of use. Your general opinion of this product. I love the 4 channels and all the modes you get with each. You can get virtually every vintage Marshall sound you want. Nothing beats a good tube amp. Not really applicable to an amp Anything you need. Not applicable to an amp. Not applicable to an amp.

It's a Marshall, of course it's well made. Not had it long but have had others and they were all great. Your general opinion of this product. I have used Mesa mostly in my life, like the solo feature of the newer Mesa's, love some of the old versatility of like the Mark IV's. Never found one that had it all and more though. Decided after reading the releases and promotional stuff on the new Marshall JVM that I would give it a try once again, like some of the older JCM800's, even Plexi's. This amp sounds great when you read about it, when you get it and start playing it you realize it not only does what they say but instead of being like other amps that say you have 8 modes or 10 modes, 2-3 different channels that you can arrange several ways. This truly has 12 different switchable modes, FROM THE FOOTPEDAL!!! The pedal is ingenius to say the least. The ease of use of the amp and pedal are so easy a bass player could figure it out (or drummer, you fill in the blank). The tone...oh the tone. JCM800, JCM900, Plexi, it has selectable gain modes (all tube) on each channel so if you go red on the particular channel it almost seems like you just took your Plexi or 2203 out and got it hot rodded with a new mod. All with 4 different reverb knobs, one for each channel (three selectable gain stages, footswitch selectable on the foot pedal). You can go from ultra clean to clean with bite, to bluesy clean, to overdriven, to JCM800 overdriven to modded JCM800, to Recto gain, low medium and hi, to even another OD channel with different gain selections and knobs. Bass, mid, treble, volume and gain for each of the four channels and like I said, three foot switch selectable gain stages (tube) on each channel. Overall Presence and Resonance controls...and oh yea' last thing, you know the Mesa solo function? This has two "Master" volume knobs, you switch between them on the footswitch. How cool is that! Serial/Parallel, adjustable and switchable effects loop too. It's so versatile and switchable it's ridiculous. You can have the reverb on Channel one first stage (green) but not second (yellow) and then on third (red). It's also controllable via midi!!! This is a truly great amp, I love Mesa's and Bogner's but now I again love Marshall's too. My other amps will be sitting for a little while I have some fun with this one! THIS THING ROCKS!!!

The Amp I Have Waited My Whole Life to Get

Your general opinion of this product.

QUALITY:
Quality is top notch. Only had it a few days but everything is very solid and well built. It is gorgeous to look at as well. Black and gold and millions of knobs. It's like a wet dream in guitar heaven.

FEATURES:
Well, the previous reviewer covers it pretty well. This is built with performing guitarists in mind and has every feature you can think of. I think the channel memory of the footswitch is just amazingly useful. Of course the 12 channels are a very nice feature also! I would say the versatility of this amp is it's best feature. I like to use a variety of sounds and this amp was made for that--and for me.

EASE OF USE:
Very easy, very intuitive. Again, I think it is made from a guitarist's point of view. Almost idiot proof unless you aren't familiar with gain structures and how the tone knobs affect them. If you can't get a good sound out of this you need to give up guitar and try something else.

Your general opinion of this product.

QUALITY:
I have read numerous reviews on the popular, well-anticipated head for 2007. About half dislike it while the other half like it. I personally like this head and it's my favorite head to date. I have always been a huge fan of Marshall and love the tone. Literally this amp can play very clean, warm sounds as well as tons of gain for the metal head/shredder. Made of very high quality. I spent a lot of time learning about this head on the Marshall site; they have videos one can watch. I highly recommend you check these videos out on the Marshall site.

FEATURES:
There are basically four modes, but within each mode there are three different settings; so all in all there are about 12 main variations of tones you can store via the pedal and midi capabilities. The tube sound is by far the greatest feature.

EASE OF USE:
Very easy to use, it doesn't require an advanced degree or anything. Amateurs and professional will be able to dial
