Worked right out of the box with my MacBook and Ableton setup. All that’s needed is to plug in the usb cable (which was included) and you’re good to go!
On top of the plug and play ease, it’s slim and compact, making the Keystation Mini 32 super portable.
It’s plastic but the build is sturdy and the keys are responsive. Would recommend, especially for the price.

This controller turned out to be what I expected. I have big hands, but I knew what I was getting myself into. For the value and portability, I had to add this to my gear. Although this doesn't affect the function, I did notice all of the white keys don't line up. There are 5-6 keys that are a little lower than the others. It catches my eyes, but it is what it is!

This is a VERY compact, and portable Keyboard Controller. Originally I ONLY wanted a Keyboard with both "Pitch Bend" and "Modulation" Wheels. But I was very surprised at how well the "Button" versions of these (P.B. & Mod.) work on this little Keyboard. I have owned some M-Audio gear in the past and have always been satisfied with the value for the price, this Keyboard is no exception. At $50 I don't have to worry about breaking an expensive Midi Controller, and it literally fits right inside my LapTop Bag next to my LapTop. Also the Knobs synced right up automatically with my Propellerhead Reason DAW program, so it was "Ready to Go" right out of the Box! The Build Quality is AMAZING for the Price of the unit. You have to keep in mind that I am reviewing a $50 Keyboard Controller here. At the end of the day, I am VERY HAPPY with my little M-Audio Keystation Mini 32 MK3 Keyboard Controller, and would recommend it to ANYONE that needs a reasonably priced, and highly portable Keyboard.
