This ride is great. Especially for outdoor gigs. It cuts through and feels great. The 23" is a little big, I should of gotten a 21". But I am satisfied with the sound this ride gives me.

Smooth, shimmery, great decay, and works great as a crash. It’s on the thin side and not very heavy so it’s not the loudest ride in the world but works great in a quieter setting like a coffe shop or a bar. If you play heavier music then this isn’t the ride for you. If you’re playing jazz, funk, country, pop or soft rock then this is the perfect ride.

Sweetest, most musical ride I’ve ever owned, I also own a few others to include 20” K dark which is rad, but this this sits so well in the mix and has the best sound. Bell really gets vocal as does the whole cymbal. Dynamic players will love this cymbal because it gets as quiet or as loud as you wanna play depending on what the music calls for. The cymbal would be an asset to any genre it is used for. I’ve been looking for this cymbal for 20+ years. Also pairs musically with the 15” sweet hi hats and all the k series. Videos don’t do this cymbal justice. You will not be disappointed w this 23” dynamic monster.

I've tried many different types of ride cymbals to match the right sound of what I needed in my live performances and studio sessions. I didn't want just anything to buy online and expect it to sound good. The Zildjian K Sweet Ride really hits the spot on responsiveness and playability. Looking for a low frequency crash? This ride has it all!!

These sound perfect. Very musical. As good, in my opinion, as the Kerope line. Small crashes sound full, not thin and cheesy. The ride opens up beautifully; can be used as a traditional ride, open rock ride, or a crash- a true desert island cymbal.

I am very happy with my purchase of the Zildjian Sweet K cymbals. I purchased an entire set.... 15" hi hats, 21" ride, 17" crash and 18" crash. These cymbals are very warm and musical but they also cut through in a loud band situation. The hi hats are my favorite in the set. I have noticed that 17" crash is not quite as responsive as the 18". I have to hit it a little harder to get it to speak but it sounds great. Overall I am very happy with these cymbals.
