My past experience with the Marshall Class 5 and the Vox AC4TV left me sour on these little low watt combos. Those two sounded boxy and I just could not find a sweet spot with them. This little 1 watt wonder has none of that boxy sound. Nice cleans and smooth overdrive. The cab simulation is well implemented too. Playability and Feel How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? This is my first tube amp and I don't think I'll ever go back to solid state. I love the simplicity of the controls... feels like I'm truly hearing every nuance of my guitar's tone at a volume that won't piss off the neighbors.
