I am very impressed with the La Bella 750N Black Nylon Tape Wound Bass Guitar Strings Light 50-105 strings. Easy to install, they feel great, they sound great, very very satisfied with my purchase.

These bass strings are great. Been wanting something a little easier for my fingers. The tone isn't as bright as I'm used to but they have a nice warmth which I'm growing to love.

Smooth as silk with a sharp clean, and warm deep bottom tone. No matter what style I’m playing, double finger or slap I get that tight bass sound with these strings that’s reminiscent of bass gurus like James Jamerson, Keni Burke, and Larry Graham. It madr my newly purchased Ibanez bass (courtesy of the Gr8 folks at American Music Supply) sound like a classic 60’s fender bass. BTW - These black nylon strings are so easy on the fingers and look amazing on my bass, especially against the maple neck! Glad I gave them a shot! :)

I bought these strings trying to eliminate string noise for recording. They not only eliminate the noise when you slide, but they had a deep beefy almost upright acoustic sound. I also play finger style guitar. I use acrylic nails for picking. On the regular strings for bass, my nails sounded very bright. With the nylon warp, it's not an issue on the bass.
