Easy to use functions and great sounding Mic. The Mic itself has plastic housing which makes it light and solid. Good feedback rejection. Base is easy to scan and sync, I do have to say it comes with a rack mount unit but NO cable for the antenna or connections so you can rack mount but can not have the antenna in front without purchasing more parts. I own 3 units and 2 mics so I am happy so far.

I have four Sennheiser mics now. Love their gear. I also love that I can get them (and honestly a lot of other brands I want for work) from American Musical. I’ve shopped and bought from other national providers but none made the experience AS EASY and stress free. Gear is easy to find, selection is superb, online transactions are super simple and you cannot best the interest free payment plans. Gear ships so fast and always works. As a professional I just need it to be efficient and reliable and here it always works out. Thank you!

Having used Shure Wireless Microphones for many years and using this XSW2-865 Super Cardioid, this new XSW Series with 865 Super Cardioid Capsule is very similar to Evolution G3 Series but doesn't quite have the same presence as G3. Yet it does have very good sound qualities like the Sennheiser e865 Capsule and would recommend for an all around product.
The good part is, as always, Sennheiser haven't reduced the quality in this model, it a very good handheld wireless system for the price.
