For public speaking applications of all types, the latest Sennheiser XS Wireless 2 lapel system provides ultra reliable, clear sound thanks to the true diversity receiver and ME2 omnidirectional lapel mic! XS WIRELESS 2 is an all-in-one series that allows singers, presenters and instrumentalists to operate up to 12 systems simultaneously.
XS Wireless 1 and XS Wireless 2 sets will be fully compatible with each other, and with prior XS Wireless sets, provided the frequency ranges match. Customers can start with XS Wireless 1, and then step up to XS Wireless 2 for greater control as their needs expand.
Components are fully compatible across series, so an XS Wireless 1 system can be upgraded to XS Wireless 2 simply by purchasing a new EM-XSW 2 receiver.
Please note the GA 1-XSW 2 rackmount kit that ships in XS Wireless 2 sets is not compatible with original XS Wireless or XS Wireless 1 receivers.
