The DigiTech Metal Master is the world’s most advanced heavy metal distortion pedal. Rather than working from a single distortion type circuit with tone controls, the Metal Master features a Voice knob which morphs between three totally different metal distortion types. This gives you a wide variety of different metal distortion sounds that can be dialed in quickly and easily.

| It is a digitech, solid and well constructed. Battery changes are also easy, although power supply might help you putting it in a permanent place. | | Reliability:

| I have almost any distortion pedal out there (always looking for the perfect distortion as a hobby). Compared to Boss DS-1, OD-20, Distortion Factory, Behringers, Yngwie, Boss Metal Core, Many overdrives, Zoom 510, Jeckyl and Hyde, etc. This is a heavy distortion pedal, low noise (even at full gain) and the Morph dial can get you from Metal Zone to Modern Metal Sounds. This is one of my favorite pedals. I use it in front of my JSX in the clean channel and it is deliciously nasty. | | Playability and Feel:

It has no problem matching Killswitch, Bullet for My Valentine, and so many others I love to play!
