seems very well made
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
too new to judge but it seems fine
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
Far exceeds expectations at this price point
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Any one looking at a MIM strat should try one of these bad boys. at a third less price the guitar hardware is as good or as in the case of the neck, better. The neck is 22 XJ frets U shape less chunky than a C shaped strat and built for speed.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
The strat sounds are there, the pickups seem to be on the hot side. Sounds sweet, no urgency to replace the pickups
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
Though not really a fan of the relic look myself it has grown on me. There is a finish over the whole guitar body so it only looks worn does not feel like it
Action
How was the action out of the box?
Out of the box the action was set pretty low and there was a low E fret buzz, intonation was good. I changed the strings to my customary set of 10s only had to raise the action slightly and adjusted intonation accordingly, plays like a dream

Quality

Great wood, electronics and parts. The only thing I would change is the nut which is cheap plastic. Others will probably want a heavier tremolo block, but I'm not convinced it helps the sound. Just makes the guitar heavier.
Reliability
How has it stood up over time?
Just got it, but it feels very solid so I doubt there will be any issues.
Overall
Your general opinion of this product.
I am blown away at the quality of this guitar for the price. Can't go wrong.
Playability and Feel
How does it feel, Heavy, Fast, Chunky? How was the neck? Are the controls easy to get to while playing?
Feels great. Not too heavy, very resonant. Again, totally surprised by the quality.
Tone
Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
The pickups sound great. The only thing that is kind of odd is how bassy the middle pickup sounds. Not bad, just unexpected.
Finish
How did the stain or paint job look?
I really like the pre-aged look. I don't worry as much about damaging the guitar. This has a semi-gloss finish so it's easy to wipe down. The neck has a heavier finish so it should hold up well.
Action
How was the action out of the box?
Unless you buy a $2000 guitar from an actually shop, you will have to set the guitat up. I was able to set this guitar to factory specs and it sounds great.
