All in all, extremely well-built. Sound: n/a Reliability: owned it 2 weeks Overall: Well, IMO it's ugly as sin... but once you get past that, you'll notice that it says "SKB" on the inside, so you know it was made by a reputable manufacturer. Everything seems solid and well-built. On the main locking latch, it says "TSA002". Don't know if that is some air travel rating or what-those in the know might find that fact useful. Someone else posted a review that said their guitar did not fit in the case at all - however, my RR fit perfectly with no sliding around. Playability and Feel: n/a Tone: n/a Finish: Hard plastic. No blemishes or anything though. I have an RR1T. The case was a bit snug but I like it that way. At first, it didn't look like it was gonna fit but what yo have to remember is that the mold is made of styrofoam and it will adjust to the shape eventually just like a new pair of shoes.
