| So far so good! This definitely isn't a top end model, but for the price it's a great value and will suit my needs just fine. |

| The standout features of this unit are definitely the portability, sound quality, and the price! The only thing I would add is a built-in speaker for playback. Oh well, just have to carry headphones with me when I take the unit out. |

| This unit is fairly simple, but there are quite a few functions, so don't throw away the owner's manual on this one! I haven't tried to use any of the looping or editing functions, just needed something that will record when I press go, and this does that simply enough. |
| Sound:
| The tone is decent. We've mostly been doing guitar and drum demos so the other bandmates can catch up on the new material. Definitely not going to release anything we make with it, but it's a good writing tool. It seems to really like my guitar frequencies, and it does a respectable job of capturing the kick drum. It has a limiting function that keeps the unit from clipping, but I prefer leaving it off so things don't get squashed. |

| This is a very cool and affordable way to capture and demo your ideas. The stereo mic performs a lot better than I thought it would, you just have to play around a bit with finding a sweet spot and setting the right input volume. Definitely a useful purchase. |
