The Behringer HPM1000 multi-purpose headphones provide semi-pro-level users with an incredible performance unheard of in this price category. They feature an ultra-wide frequency response, high dynamic range, a high-resolution capsule and oval-shaped ear cups with a comfortable headband. Their lower impedance (32 ohms) makes them a great match with just about any personal multitrack recorder. The HPM1000 is fitted with a 2-meter cable and an 1/8 inch connector with a 1/4 inch adapter. Frequency response: 20Hz - 20kHz.

As the person below said earlier, I bought a couple of these for studio use. I don't even use them. These headphones are worth $10.00....That's it. They are made of cheap plastic and have the feel of headphones that you can get at your local drug store for a similar price.

They are worth $10.00 if they are all you can afford. Do yourselves a favor and save for some better headphones.

Horrid comfort becasue if you look at the picture you can tell it doesn't fit to your head. I have problems with them because of that. Other head phones I have used swing back and forth on the ears and move up and down to fit your ear. These just don't do that. I have found that when I expand them to the maximium size they fit better, though the head band isn't over my head then.

Same as above, they need to fit your head for comfort.

EASE OF USE:
Easy as any headphone, plug it in, put it on your head.

VALUE:
You get what you pay for, 15 dollar headphones are 15 dollar headphones.

SOUND:
They did fairly well here, the claimed freq. responce was off. I couldn't hear 35hz, let alone the claimed 20 but what do you expect out of 15 dollar headphones? For the price I would say they did great.

What a waste of plastic these things are! After 5 minutes my ears hurt and the sound quality is doo-doo. Better off getting 2 cans and a string!I was so P.O.'ed that I just ripped them off my head and stomped on them! JVC makes a much better set in this price range.. but remember, you get what you pay for in electronical stuff.
