The Celestion G12 Century is the loudest Celestion guitar speaker of all time!
Right at the start of the new Century, Celestion pioneered the use of a revolutionary Neodymium magnet structure to create this speaker. Cramming huge amounts of flux into the voice coil gap, the G12 Century is staggeringly efficient and responsive, while at the same time exhibiting a musical character radically different to that of ceramic-based models.
A satisfyingly tight bottom end combines with detailed mids and a crisp top end to deliver stunning definition over a wide frequency range. For speed and articulation, no other speaker comes close.
Visually striking, the die-cast aluminium heatsink minimises thermal compression and at less than half the weight of a conventional ceramic magnet speaker, the G12 Century still takes unbelievable punishment before it distorts.
