Would you consider this product to be made well? How dependable?
very well made, I was telling my guitar tech that the blacktop MIM strat plays as good as my american he said it is a american strat because there is not a fender shop in mexico. Fender makes the necks and bodies in america and sends them to mexico for assebly then they are sent back to the us for inspection and set up.

i ve only had it for a month but i play it at least 4 hours a day and it seems to be very reliable .

Very fast neck smooth and just feels good.

Bright and snappy? Dark and smooth? Were the pickups hot, mellow, thick, thin?
The tone is good the pickups sound good

the finish is excelent, i got the silver and it looks amazing !

the quality control must be very good as all three came to me without a flaw

you will have to ask Eric Clapton that but i am sure he would say it holds up just fine.

no comparing these to U.S.A. or japan anymore. they hold there own as my last 3 guitars that i have bought have been M.I.M.i want to thank the factory and it's workers for building great instruments at prices people can afford. i honestly love all three and they inspire me to play. also thank you A.M.S.for the service and low prices.

i love the fast neck and it seems wider than the earlier models. feels great

All in one. you get vintage strat tones to metal and everything in between

i got the black and silver and both were perfect. i would describe them as buitiful

don't know as the come with 9's so i replaced them with 10's before even playing it. after i made my adjustments it was great i love the fast neck and the floyd rose stays in tune very good
