What is your opinion of this product?
Waited a month to get it from the back order. After setting it up to fit both of my pedal boards I LOVE IT I use it to control the 4 channels on the Katana 100 amp,and as another set of effect along with my Roland ME80.Use it at small rehearsals because it's light to carry in my amp so I don't have to bring my pedal board.A great addition to my rig.

Works great with Boss Katana 100
What is your opinion of this product?
A look at the Katana manual and the GA-FC manual lead me to the right direction of how the two work together. Playing around with the two units helped me to understand what isn't in the manuals. Tap tempo delay, on off of efx in your presets, several levels of clean/distortion are at the control of your foot. The only thing - I thought the effects loop switch would turn the EFX loop on/off. That function doesn't work for some reason. The Katana efx loop works only for certain types of pedals. Doesn't work for distortion or compressors, but works for delay, chorus, EQ type of effects. Just have to turn the pedals on/off themselves. Not with the GA-FC foot controller. Overall, I'm happy with both units together, once I found the limitations it's still an awesome combo.

Well built pedal bring great functionality
What is your opinion of this product?
Let me start by saying I was a bit put off by the cost of this pedal. However, when you consider that most single function pedals start at about 80 bucks and only go up it puts the cost thing in perspective. The pedal is built very well, I have no doubt it's metal construction could stand up too a lot of abuse. The functionality it brings to the amp is terrific! Your choice of three different channels and three different effects, (mod, delay and reverb)all at the tap of a button. If you plan on gigging a cube this pedal is a must. As far as ease of use the instructions are not the best but after a few attempts I was smoothly assigning channels and effects the way I wanted them. The nice thing about this amp and footswitch is you can change models quickly by reprograming just by dialing in what you want and holding a button for a few seconds. This beats sitting at your computer dialing in a hundred or more presets and trying to keep track of them, unless that's your thing ;-).
