Before returning any item please call 1-800-458-4076 for a Return Authorization number (RA#) or simply complete the form below, and your RA# along with any instructions will be emailed back to you. Provided it shows no sign of wear or abuse, we will refund your money. The item being returned must be packed in the product box with all original packing material and paperwork and then packed in the shipping carton. AMS has a 45 day return policy.
Do not accept your shipment if the package shows signs of external damage. Always inspect and test your equipment immediately upon delivery, even if you do not plan to use it right away. If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, please call 1-800-458-4076 for a Return Authorization number (RA#) or simply complete the form below, and your RA# along with any instructions will be emailed back to you. After the item is returned to our warehouse, we will replace it.
