If dragging a back-breaking tube amp and a mile-long daisy chain of pedals to every gig is your idea of a good time, stop reading now. But if you crave a complete, world-class guitar rig that fits neatly into a backpack, the Boss GT-1000 Guitar Multi Effects Floorboard is your new best friend.
This stage-ready powerhouse packs an entire warehouse of legendary BOSS effects and hyper-realistic amp models into a sleek, road-tough aluminum chassis. It’s a digital brain with an analog soul, designed to give you glorious, tube-like warmth and massive tonal flexibility without the heavy lifting.
More Power Than a Rocket
Most digital modelers sound just like that — digital. The GT-1000 shatters that stereotype. Its custom-designed DSP engine flexes more muscle than a server farm, running at a pristine 32-bit/96 kHz to capture every nuanced pick scrape and delicate volume swell with breathtaking clarity. It’s so fast and responsive, you’ll swear there are tiny vacuum tubes glowing inside, reacting to every move your fingers make.
Industry-Leading Audio Quality: Boasting class-leading 32-bit AD/DA conversion and 32-bit/96 kHz floating-point internal processing, your signal remains pure, punchy, and impeccably detailed from input to output.
Mute-Free Patch Switching: Jump from a shimmering clean chorus to a raging metal distortion instantly. The seamless delay and reverb carryover prevents those awkward, jarring audio dropouts mid-solo.
AIRD Technology: Augmented Impulse Response Dynamics (A.I.R.D.) ensures your amp models react dynamically to your playing, giving you the visceral, push-and-pull feel of a real amplifier moving real air.
Limitless Effects at Your Feet
You don't just want a few decent sounds; you want a limitless playground of sonic sorcery. The GT-1000 raids the legendary BOSS vault, handing you the keys to their critically acclaimed 500-series algorithms and mind-bending Multi-Dimensional Processing (MDP). Dial in a lush, ambient delay, stack it with a gritty vintage fuzz, and route them in beautifully complex parallel chains — all without ever touching a patch cable or dealing with a messy pedalboard.
Legendary BOSS Effects: Dive into a massive library of mods, delays, and reverbs pulled directly from the flagship DD-500, MD-500, and RV-500 pedals.
Flexible Routing: Run two expressive amplifiers simultaneously, blend them for massive stereo width, or set up intricate series and parallel effects chains via the highly intuitive display.
Built for Bassists Too: It’s not just for six strings. Dedicated AIRD bass preamps and perfectly tuned bass effects make this an absolute beast for the low-end groove masters.
Your Tone at Your Fingertips
A phenomenal guitar amp/effects processor needs to be played, not programmed. That’s why the GT-1000 throws away the confusing menus and gives you tactile, gig-friendly control over your tone. From the low-profile footswitches to the brilliant Bluetooth integration, adjusting your sound in the heat of a sweat-soaked show is completely effortless. You can even tweak your patches from the back of the room during soundcheck using nothing but your smartphone.
Total Footswitch Flexibility: Use Manual or Pedalboard mode to instantly transform the footswitches into a classic stompbox setup for on-the-fly adjustments.
Wireless Wizardry: Tweak your tone from anywhere. The dedicated BOSS Tone Studio app connects via Bluetooth, letting you edit patches, organize setlists, and adjust parameters from your iOS or Android device.
Connect with Confidence: A built-in USB audio interface makes computer recording simple, while dual XLR sub outputs offer a direct line to the front-of-house PA system. Integrating with your studio or live rig is a breeze.
A Final Word on Floorboard Firepower
The Boss GT-1000 Guitar Multi Effects Floorboard is the product of relentless innovation and rugged reliability. For the guitarist who demands peerless performance, uncompromised tone, and a streamlined setup, the search for the ultimate amp modeler and effects processor ends here.

I had checked out different
I had checked out different processors for a couple of years. BOSS has always had great and durable stuff. I have BOSS pedals that I've had since I was a kid and they still work great. So it was no brainer. The programing is fairly simple. I would HIGHLY recommend the BOSS GT1000!! I'd buy it agains...
