Essentially a dual channel HA-73 Elite microphone preamp, the HA-73X2 is made to the same specifications as the acclaimed ´73JR and DMA73 models. After almost 7 years making one of the finest hi end outboard gear line in the industry, Heritage Audio is proud to introduce the Elite series.

Industry standard Carnhill transformers hand wound in St Ives, England.
80dB, 3 stage fully discrete class A mic preamp.
Line input on separate XLR for adding fat and warmth to prerecorded tracks.
20dB PAD on the mic input to avoid overloading the input transformer when desired.
LOZ, switches the input impedance of the mic transformer from 200 to 50 ohm.
80 Hz hi pass filter. Fully discrete class A.
Ultra high impedance, JFET based D.I.

External universal power supply for worldwide use.
Leveraging the expertise and reputation obtained with its former hand wired, extremely time-consuming hand soldered series, Heritage is able to offer a zero compromise, high quality yet very affordable alternative to the growing entry-level brands.

Great warm sound - Best for the prize.
I’m using it going to my Apollo twin, the sounds I get with my 103 is simply amazing. Vocals sound really warm, i really don’t hear the difference with a Neve. It works like a patchbay so I use the line input to pre amp my electric when using the stomps.

Quick way to get 2 channels of BIG gain and 1073 mojo.
I have 2 of the EQ versions of this pre, so this was a quick way to add 2 more (non EQ) channels. I found I wasn't tracking with the EQ as much (with the exception of the filter - which these have) so these are a perfect fit... then I can go line-level out and back in to the EQ's later as needed.
