Infused with more than 30 years of Jackson DNA, experience and expertise, the JS Series Dinky Arch Top JS32-8 DKA offers an extended range and increased sonic palette for the master composer at a price you can afford. This 8-string axe features a 26.5 inch scale length for enhanced low end articulation, a lightweight and resonant poplar body with an arched top, bolt-on maple neck with graphite reinforcement and scarf joint, 12”-16” compound radius Amaranth fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets and piranha tooth inlays, plus stylish fingerboard and headstock binding.
Powered by direct mount dual high-output Jackson humbucking pickups, the JS32-8 DKA is also equipped with single volume and tone controls and three-way blade switching, string-through-body fixed Jackson HT-8 bridge, Jackson 4x4 (4 over, 4 under) AT-1 headstock and sealed die-cast tuners.

Good guitar. Not great.
Overall I enjoy this guitar. A very affordable 8 string. That being said, I would enjoy this much more if it was a multi scale. It gets pretty sloppy on the lowest tuned string without a thicker gauge. Again, very happy with this, but be aware of this before you buy.

As far as budget 8-strings go, I must say I'm quite impressed with this one. I know Jackson sometimes gets a bad rep for QC, but this guitar was practically flawless when I received it. The pots felt premium and had a satisfying amount of resistance, the switch was perfectly clicky yet robust enough...

Best you’ll ever find
This guitar is just way too good for the price and I ’m glad they didn’t note this. Even you could do some finishing and adjustments your own way but it’s just great as it is. I’ve had many guitars in my hands and this one is definitely a “must have” one.
