Swamp ash is a favorite tonewood for bassists looking for a quick attack and defined tone from the lowest to the highest notes. The Sire Marcus Miller V7 is reviving the golden era of bass craftsmanship, utilizing swamp ash, incredible signature J Bass pickups and high-end 3-band EQ onboard! This variant was discontinued due to a global imbalance in the supply of Swamp Ash wood in 2021. It was previously a flagship model and received a lot of love from consumers reintroducing it now as 'reissue'.
