The Delta 00 produces those complex organic tones of a 20s or 30s vintage guitar, but without the price tag. This guitar is true to its vintage roots and authentic all the way to the core.
Unlike other modern smaller-bodied acoustics, the Delta 00’s quarter-sawn, hand-sanded scalloped bracing is shifted back (away from the sound hole), staying true to the traditional designs of the time. The result is a slightly compressed throwback tone, but with modern output and projection that lends itself well to both fingerpicking and flatpicking, in standard or alternate tunings. It's got all the snort and grit you'd expect from an old guitar this size, but with better tonal balance. The brilliant high-gloss finish really shows off the beauty of the mahogany back and sides.
The LR Baggs VTC guarantees every nuance of your acoustic tone makes it through to the PA or onto your plugged-in recordings.
