    The Full Contact Hardware Telecaster Bridge fits 3 (American Standard) and/or 4 (Ashtray) hole mount Telecaster guitars. The Full Contact Hardware direct coupling system for Telecaster style bridges directly replaces the existing bridge, in either three or four hole mount systems. The "eCam" saddle design means unwanted spaces between the bottom of the saddle and the top of the bridge plate are eliminated. The Babicz "Full Contact Hardware" replacement system for Telecaster style guitars offers unmatched stability, increased sustain, dramatically improved fullness and tone along with complete adjustability. Includes instructions, complete FCH bridge, and action adjustment hex wrench. Weight 3.0 oz.

    Please Note:     The FCH Tele Bridge is designed as an upgrade unit for the 3 hole mount American Standard Tele bridge and/or the traditional "Ash Tray" 4 hole mount Tele bridge. If your Tele bridge is a 3 hole mount, then load the strings from the top, at the bridge. If your Tele bridge is a 4 hole mount then load the strings from the top, at the bridge or through the body.

    Full Contact Hardware is an innovative electric guitar saddle solution featuring the patented "eCAM" saddle system, designed by Jeff Babicz. The Full Contact Hardware technology results in increased dynamic range, increased sustain, pitch stability and the ability to fully “lock down” the bridge saddles. String height (action) and intonation adjustments remain secure, even when removing the strings.

    Jeff Babicz designed FCH with the intent of gaining the maximum amount of direct string coupling to the body of the instrument. The result is an extremely light weight bridge that provides over 50 times more contact surface per saddle compared to conventional saddle designs.

    With FCH, string height or "action" can be set with more far more precision than with traditional saddles. The "eCAM” saddle allows for instant "action" adjustments while maintaining complete contact between the saddle and the body of the guitar. The tiny, conventional string height action adjustment set screws are eliminated. With the Babicz FCH design, the bridge saddle can never "sink" or "shift" while playing. Each FCH eCAM saddle also includes a specially designed “String Height Lock” feature, which keeps your string height setting in place…even during extreme saddle vibrations over time. Precise intonation adjustments are also easily attained and in most cases include a “Saddle Housing Lock” feature.

    Full Contact Hardware was originally introduced as a solution for Fender Bass players as direct drop-in replacement for their Jazz Bass and Precision Basses. The technology quickly became embraced by bass players, and soon guitarists were asking for the same solutions from Babicz. This lead to the introduction of Full Contact Hardware bridges for Telecaster, Stratocaster Tremolos, and Tune-O-Matic style (Gibson, Epiphone) guitars.

    Poor quality control

    Got mine today. I installed it only to find that one of the saddles had an adjustment screw cross threaded and wouldn't turn, and another saddle was missing the adjustment screw altogether. Also American Musical cannot handle any problems with this product. It has to be handled directly from the man...

    Worth the price of admission

    Solidly connects your strings fully to your guitar. Plenty of “full contact” mechanical connection with plenty of adjustability... then lock it all down. I find sustain and note ring out is better... definitely worth the price of admission ????
