Sleep Token didn't just write a new chapter in heavy music, they built the whole book from scratch. And bassist III has been holding down the spine of it with low-end work that's equal parts architecture and attitude.
The Charvel Sleep Token III Signature Pro-Mod San Dimas Bass V is his tool of choice, built to deliver the percussive snap and melodic sprawl that makes his playing instantly recognizable. This is a 5-string bass designed for players who want tone, feel, and stage presence in equal measure — no masked ritual required (though we won't stop you).
A bass is only as good as it feels under your hands, and this one was clearly built by people who actually play. The resonant poplar body and caramelized maple neck combo gives it a stable, smooth foundation that holds up night after night.
This isn't just a 5-string bass, it's a 5-string bass engineered to make every single one of those strings punch at full power. The fanned fret layout is where the real magic happens.
A signature bass needs a signature sound, and the electronics here are built to cover everything from subterranean growl to glassy clarity without ever feeling one-dimensional.
The Charvel Sleep Token III Signature Pro-Mod San Dimas Bass V isn't just a tribute to a bassist who's redefining what low-end can sound like; it's a genuinely gig-ready instrument built for players who need tension, tone, and playability to all show up at once. Multi-scale design, custom Fishman electronics, and a neck that feels as good as it looks make this one earn its signature status.
