Balanced Tension on bass strings helps as much as with guitar strings!
I didn't expect balanced tension to make such a difference on bass strings, but wow! I slapped these on a new Fender Jaguar Bass with ebony fingerboard (fretted not fretless) and it was completely transformed into my favorite bass for playability and balance.
