The Eminence Man O War Red Coat guitar amplifier speaker is the perfect match for open or closed back 1x12, 2x12 or 4x12 combos or cabinets. The Voice Coil measures 2 inches in diameter with a magnet weight of 38 oz. Rated at 150 watts, the Man O War provides a moderate tone with a chunky shape while the mid and high-end response is much more aggressive.
This Loud Eminence replacement speaker offers articulate audio in every register with a sparkly top end perfect for rock, grunge and metal guitar tones. Available in 8 or 16 ohms.

This thing can chug or give you the blues. I have the swamp thang but felt the mids were too scooped. I tried this and love it. I have it in a closed fender deluxe cabinet and could not be happier. I definitely think people shouldn't sleep on this one.

I'm shocked how much these speakers made my amp sound .My amp started beaking up perfectly even before the sweet spot never did that before like it added 20% gain to my amp .I couldn't use my 1 12 .put 1 of these in it and it almost sounds like a 4/12. Total shock great speaker

Perfect set for metal.
I put 2 of these in my boss katana mk2 cabinet to get better crunch and bottom end and boy did they help. These are a much better option than celestion vintage 30s. These are half the price and twice the tone.
