The Hummingbird Tribute features the iconic square-shoulder dreadnought body shape that made the original famous. Its construction pairs layered mahogany back and sides with a select layered spruce top, producing a warm, balanced tone that keeps practice sessions engaging and rewarding. Antique ivory–colored single-ply binding outlines the top and back, adding a classic visual touch.
In a nod to the original Gibson design, the laurel reverse-belly bridge is fitted with a compensated plastic saddle for accurate intonation, along with ivory-colored bridge pins. Completing the look is a tortoiseshell-style pickguard in the classic Hummingbird shape.
A glued-in mahogany neck with a comfortable Rounded C profile makes learning effortless and enjoyable. The laurel fingerboard feels smooth under your fingertips and features antique ivory–colored binding, 20 frets, and dot inlays for easy navigation up and down the neck. The headstock sports the beloved Kalamazoo shape and is fitted with dependable die-cast tuning machines, an ebony-colored nut, and a two-ply truss rod cover engraved with “Tribute.” Case not included.
