The gorgoreous EC-1000 PIEZO features a beautiful quilted maple top with a mahogany body. The LTD EC-1000 PIEZO offers what might be the most flexible variety of tone-shaping ever offered on an ESP model of any kind. In addition to a set of standard magnetic pickups in the form of a high-quality Seymour Duncan ’59 and JB set, the EC-1000 PIEZO also includes a Fishman Power bridge and Tailpiece system with a piezo pickup. A mini toggle switch lets you select between the sources to use the magnetic pickups, piezo pickup, or both. As if that wasn’t cool enough, you also get dual output jacks for flexibility in routing for recording and live performance.

The guitar IS a bit more expensive than some, but it really is beautiful, with good attention provided to the details. It has a nice heft to it, but it is still a bit lighter than your average guitar of the same style, but the thing i love the most is the recess on the back, which helps with staying...
