Don’t let your meticulously crafted digital amp models sound like a clock radio on stage. The Fender Tone Master FR-10 ensures your presets sound exactly as intended. Designed for the Tone Master Pro or any other modeler, this full-range, flat-response (FRFR) powered speaker delivers loud, clear, and accurate performance in a surprisingly lightweight design. It bridges the gap between digital modeling and the authentic feel of a real cabinet. Focus on your playing, not your gear.
True to the Tone
Most guitar cabs color your sound — that’s usually the point. But when you’re using a modeler, you’ve already picked your cab, mic, and room placement virtually. You don't need a speaker adding its own "flavor" on top of that. The FR-10 is a full-range, flat-response beast that delivers exactly what you feed it, without the unwanted commentary.
Pristine Accuracy: The 10" special design speaker and wide-dispersion high-frequency driver ensure that every nuance of your impulse response comes through with crystal clarity.
Massive Headroom: Powered by a 1,000-watt Class-D amplifier, this delivers enough volume to easily cut through even the loudest drummer without distortion or effort.
Crystal-Clear Signal: It faithfully reproduces every nuance of your amp and effect models, ensuring clean tones stay crisp and high-gain riffs remain sharp.
Knobs You Can Actually Turn
We love digital gear, but nobody wants to menu-dive through three sub-folders just to turn down the bass because the stage is boomy. The FR-10 keeps things refreshingly analog on top. It gives you the tactile control of a traditional amp, letting you tweak your stage sound on the fly without messing up the signal you're sending to the sound guy.
3-Band Active EQ: Quickly adjust the Treble, Middle, and Bass to suit the room you’re playing in, just like you would on a vintage combo.
High Frequency Cut: Tame the "digital fizz" or harshness that sometimes creeps into modeling setups with a dedicated Cut control.
FOH Friendly: All these EQ tweaks affect only what you hear on stage; the XLR line out sends a pure, unaltered signal to the Front of House, keeping the sound engineer happy.
Classic Style, Lightweight Feel
If you’re tired of hauling around "portable" speakers that feel like they're filled with lead, your back is going to love this. The FR-10 manages to look like a timeless piece of Fender history while weighing about as much as a well-packed gig bag. It’s the perfect disguise: classic rock and roll aesthetics on the outside, cutting-edge tech on the inside.
Featherweight Build: Thanks to a lightweight plywood enclosure, this unit weighs in at just 25.6 lbs, making load-in and load-out the easiest part of your night.
Classic Fender Vibe: It sports the authentic black textured vinyl and silver-strand grille cloth, so it looks right at home on the backline next to a Twin Reverb.
Tilt-Back Legs: Integrated tilt-back legs let you angle the sound right at your ears, ensuring you can hear yourself perfectly even on cramped stages.
The Lowdown
The Fender Tone Master FR-10 is the missing link for the modern guitarist. It solves the biggest problem with digital rigs — the lack of "amp in the room" feel — without forcing you to lug around a heavy tube amp. It’s loud, it’s accurate, and it looks cool enough that no one will suspect it’s actually a high-tech computer monitor in disguise.

Works awesome with my new
Works awesome with my new fender tone master pro where station I am just getting used to the workstation, but this is the perfect box for that I will also be able to utilize my PA with one more input because I’m running the guitar right through it. I won’t need anything else. 😎 I love $500 though lo...

What a great little cab!
What a great little cab! Although there is no such thing as a "flat response" transducer, the frequency response from the FR-10 is quite neutral while still adding a bit of that "real guitar cab" mojo. The EQ controls work very well for fine-tuning to the venue. The off-axis response is also very go...
I’m using this with the Tonemaster Pro and with some minor tweaking of the knobs you can get a great sound. I’ve mainly used tube amps but decided to try the Tonemaster Pro and Fr-10 speaker and it’s very enjoyable to use.

Great FRFR for modelers
The Tone Master FR - 10 is a fantastic tool for guitarists using modelers. I’m running a Fractal FM3 into the Tone Master and it sounds absolutely gorgeous. I play with a hard hitting drummer and there is no issue with volume - this little guy packs a serious punch. So light weight and portable too....
