Our FT-DI design uses a premium selected vacuum tube and a US made Edcor matching transformer. An advanced switch mode power supply allows operation from a standard 9-Volt power supply, making this unit ideal for use on pedal boards for any instrument. It features a ¼” unbalanced 1-Meg input impedance, a buffered ¼” output for pass-through, and a transformer balanced 600 ohm output to drive a mixing console, studio console, or computer interface. you wish.
Our DI output has an often overlooked phase switch, which insures compatibility with FOH systems so your instrument (particularly basses) with sound best in a live environment and stand out in a mix in the studio.
Designed for flexibility, portability and economy. It has the extremely high input impedance and tremendous headroom necessary to prevent loading and to preserve the wide dynamic range of the instrument. It’s handy size and power requirements make it perfect for a pedal board or studio use.
