Sometimes the gear on the computer screen seems like a better fit than when you actually get your hands on it. We understand, and that’s why AMS offers an industry-leading 45-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy with an item, you have a full month and a half to send it back! We don’t want to just sell you gear. We want to sell you the RIGHT gear — even if it takes a few tries.

Don't just pick out a guitar, pick out YOUR guitar. When ordering a guitar by serial number from AMS you aren't simply choosing a guitar model, you're choosing the very guitar that will wind up in your hands. That unique flow to the grain, the sunburst finish that's just slightly darker than the one next to it; musicians like yourself understand that these things matter when searching for the guitar of your dreams and newest addition to the family. Shopping by serial number allows you the convenience of buying online combined with the essence of the in-store experience. At AMS, what you see is what you get.
