Patterned after the legendary Ibanez metal monster, the GIO Mikro is the affordable gateway to that same combination of speed, fury, and expression.
The Ibanez Mikro might be small, but it’s no toy — it’s built to the same high standards as all our GIO series guitars. The GRGM21M has the same high output Infinity R pickups, same construction, same materials, same set-up, and same expert inspection. It's just downsized, with a 22.2” scale Maple neck (instead of 25.5”), and smaller Poplar body, but no less explosive than its bigger brother! In other words, perfect for tour buses, songwriting, running scales while downloading and, of course, for young rockers and beginners.

I got this for my granddaughter because she is uncomfortable with a full size guitar since she is small. She loves it because it “fits” her shorter arms. It has a great sound and as always shipping was super fast and price is always good.
