Great tone
Haven't had a chance to have it set up by technician so it sets up a little higher than my electric basses, So I can't comment on it's play ability, But since I play upright base to I am used to the strings being just a little higher

The tone and play ability of this guitar is amazing. Not to mention how loud it is before the amp. Whether you’re playing some blues or hitting the strings like Claypool this base is perfect!!
