Designed for the astonishing Jojo Mayer, the thin crash speed and explosiveness of the SABIAN 19in HHX Fierce Crash dishes out plenty of raw aggressiveness and dirty tone. Combining the speed and explosiveness of a thin crash with the raw, oriental aggression and dirty tone of a thin chinese, it barks with a bite that is highly convincing, and very compatible with a wide range of musical settings. Until HHX, it was impossible to project darkness. But the dark, simmering sound, agitated bite and inTone Projection design of HHX makes this series more effective than others. Other cymbals may generate darkness, but HHX stirs up more simmering heat, more musical dirt, more of what drummers want to hear, and projects it. It gets you heard. And felt. HHX inTone Projection is an innovative design, created by the SABIAN Vault team.
