A large headstock and even bigger tone! The Classic Vibe ‘70s Strat HSS is a tip of the hat to the large-headstock Strat models produced in the 1970s and offers Fender designed single coil pickups and a humbucker in the bridge position for supreme versatility. Player-friendly features include a slim and comfortable C-shaped neck profile with an easy-playing 9.5 inch-radius fingerboard and narrow-tall frets, as well as a vintage-style tremolo system for expressive string bending effects. This throwback Squier model also features 1970s inspired headstock markings, nickel-plated hardware and a slick vintage-tinted gloss neck finish for an old-school aesthetic vibe that is sure to inspire.

Excellent value and a solid guitar

I don't know if its luck, or if Squier has stepped up their quality control, but the last few I have purchased have all been great. This guitar was well packed and well built. Weight is solid and plays great out of the box. It's getting harder to justify the price tag on some of the Fender models th...

    Good for the price

It's just about as good as a player series Fender.

    Strings

This guitar is great. Only thing I did was replace the strings. Tunes and hold tuning. I like the black color. No fancy pick guard. Love it.This replaced a Fender Strat. I had which had an ugly cream color pick guard. This is well worth the money. Had this guitar for only a week and met my expectati...

    Never again

Look I really do hate writing a bad review but I have to be honest. I don't expect a $349.00 guitar to sound and play like a high end Fender, having said that I do expect to be able to tune and intimate said guitar. The saddle screws on two saddles were froze, frozen so much that even with lube they...
