This phenomena is reproduced perfectly in the Yamaha Arius YDP-184 through Virtual Resonance Monitoring (VRM). The enhanced VRM calculates aliquot (carefully sampled) resonance in the upper octaves and the full resonance of the soundboard, rim, and frame. This technology allows for vivid, bright, richly varied expression that reflects the limitless number of factors inherent in piano performance.

The Yamaha YDP-184 has Graded Hammer 3 (GH3) 88-key piano action with synthetic ebony and ivory keytops, authentically reproducing the touch of an acoustic piano, from a heavier weight in the lower register to a lighter touch in the upper octaves. It also features a three-sensor configuration, which precisely interprets the behavior of the keyboard in order to provide a grand piano-style response and feel. Great digital piano-comes with the bench!
Bought this piano for my son and he loves it so much. The sound setting and function are great. It is also easy to install, but definitely needs 2 persons at least to do it. And also it comes with the bench from Yamaha, even though the customer service said it doesn't comes with bench lol.

Easy to assemble but it’s heavy so it’s a definitely a two ppl job. Keys are nicely weighted on a heavier side. USB out is convenient for recording track. Digital sound is excellent with great speakers. Definitely worth extra $ from lower end models.
