D'Addario has been making strings since the 17th century, and at some point, they became the reference point most other brands are measured against. Their catalog covers acoustic, electric, and classical in light, medium, and every gauge in between. The NYXL D'Addario guitar strings line is for players who bend hard and don't want pitch instability, and the EJ-series acoustic sets have been a go-to for acoustic players for decades.
