The AVX-Sets include all accessories to operate out of the box on camcorders as well as DSLR cameras. Its digital transmission is fully self-configuring which makes the setup of radio frequencies a thing of the past. The ultra-compact receiver rotates around the XLR connector to avoid collision with other devices mounted on your camera. It switches on and off automatically with the P48 voltage of your camera - and you save battery power. The AVX matches perfectly to your camera's input sensitivity without having to adjust the audio level on the microphone. I've had my AVX system for around 2 months now. I but it for my documentary work to replace my Rode Wireless Go 2 kit. THAT WAS A HUGE WIN!!! This kit pairs extremely easily. The ME2 lav is decent but I would highly recommend getting the MKE-2 for the AVX.
